Unfortunately the video shows you making a coffee cup but without a
Kiln you can't do it

Non-existent customer service

My order was incomplete and when I sent an enquiry, I did not receive a reply regarding missing items. Quick dispatch, product has nor been opened or used yet as it was Christmas present. Customer service does not seem to exist.
